  1. Good Morning Mindie, Thank you so much for featuring my home made sausage rolls, I am over the moon. It is amazing what can be done with left over pieces of pastry. If I don't have the time to use them up, then I bring the pastry back together again, pop it in a tupperware box (yes I still have pieces of tupperware) and place it in the freezer. If I do this two or three times I find I have enough pastry to make another pie.
