WonderMix Kitchen Mixer Giveaway

I love to bake, bread, cookies, cakes, it doesn't matter, I love to make them all. What I don't love are cheaply made hand and stand mixers. When it comes to kitchen equipment I want quality or I will do without. Recently I was given the opportunity to take the new WonderMix Kitchen Mixer for a test drive and let me just say WOW!!!

The WonderMix Kitchen Mixer comes with a powerful 900 watt motor. That is the kind of power you find in high end commercial mixers! The direct drive high torque transmission is housed inside a sturdy-no walking-base. That means this bad boy will get the job done while staying put.

I made up a batch of my Tri-chip Cookie Bars, which are an incredibly thick cookie dough, and this machine went through it like butter, on the lowest setting!! This is a dough my hand mixer can't handle and my arms get tired trying to mix. I simply put in all the ingredients for the recipe, placed the lid on top, and turned on the WonderMix Kitchen Mixer. When it was time to add in the chips, I simply opened the smaller lid on top of the lid and poured them in. What resulted was the same Tri-chip Cookie Bars at a fraction of the physical energy to make!

I also whipped up some Italian Bread Bowls for diner the other night. I love this recipe, but the kneading can be really tiring. I have severe anemia, which means I get tired... fast. The WonderMix Kitchen Mixer took making bread to a whole new, easy, level. I simply put in all the ingredient and switched on the machine. Not only did it mix the dough, but when you turn it to SPEED 2 for 4-5 minutes, it kneads it too!! And get this, the mixing bowl can hold 22 cups of ingredients!?!? That's just crazy! That's enough room to make 6 or more loaves of bread all at once.

And all the attachments and the bowl are so easy to clean. Just a quick wash in the sink and they were ready to get back in action. If you prefer not to hand wash, all of the attachments are dishwasher safe.

My husband used the blender attachment to make the country kids some root bear slushies and he said it worked amazingly. And from the smile on the kids' faces, I would say the slushies were a hit! Our old blender could never make the ice smooth enough. I can not express to you in words just how easy this machine makes kitchen tasks! I can't wait to make strawberry smoothies next!

  75. I think I would find the capacity to be one of it's best features. I like to batch cook ( I think it was having a family of 8 that got me into that mode although my family is grown and out of the house. When they all visit (15 grandkids) , there's an army to feed! (entered as Mickey Louth)

  76. The size of the bowl makes it something that would actually be useful in feeding four boys, rather than something that would take up precious counter space. I have never had a stand mixer and my hand mixer just broke, so this would be a dream come true! Thanks for the opportunity!
